"DISHA" is a career guidance and counselling platform to help students know themselves, understand their potential and plan their career through psychometric assessment, one-to-one counselling sessions and building road map to reach their best fit career.

Golda Alexander is a certified career coach, a counsellor and a teacher. She is qualified, compassionate, empathetic, dedicated, hardworking, disciplined and client centred counsellor and career coach. Having about 8 years of teaching experience, she has the capacity to motivate, inspire and foster a friendly relationship with students and parents.

With her stepwise approach in career coaching, she helps students discover their strengths, aptitude, skills, interest and passion, thus being able to choose and construct best career path.

She is also qualified and certified to provide counselling to students to tackle various problems like learning difficulties, behavioural problems, emotional stress, anxiety, depression etc.
